On choisit surtout cette adresse pour une chose simple : dîner sérieusement sans quitter Via Sistina. Au 69 Via Sistina, l’hôtel tient une position nette dans Rome, avec les coordonnées 41.905752 et 12.484302 confirmées au dossier. Le classement compte aussi : 5 étoiles, avec distinction Palace selon Atout France. Mais ici, le vrai signal vient de la table. Il Ristorante - Niko Romito affiche 2 étoiles Michelin, ce qui change le rythme du séjour dès la réservation.
