We apply a single editorial grid: official distinctions (Atout France Palace label, Forbes Five Star, Michelin Keys), membership of author-led collections (Relais & Châteaux, Leading Hotels of the World), and an internal score authored by our concierge desk on service, signature and location. Every page is hand-written, never generated. No pay-to-play: no hotel commission influences the selection.
How are you different from Booking or Hotels.com?
MyConciergeHotel is an IATA agency, not a price comparison engine. Our catalogue is curated to 2,929 addresses against hundreds of thousands, and every page is written by our concierge desk — not by the hotels themselves. No fabricated urgency, no struck-through prices, no « only X rooms left » banner. The price displayed in Phase 6 will be the Amadeus GDS net rate, with no agency surcharge.
What is the Concierge's Tip at the bottom of each page?
A concrete operational secret — a corner room to ask for by number, a table to reserve three months ahead, an access route that changes your arrival. Our hotelier partners trusted us with it; we share it free of charge. It's what separates a fine stay from a memorable one.
Is Le Concierge Club actually free?
Yes. The free Club is a one-minute signup, no credit card, no commitment. It opens the concierge agenda, your saved shortlist, and the operational tips of the Palaces we selected. The Prestige tier (€99/year, planned for Phase 6) is invitation-only and waitlist-based — it complements the free Club without replacing it.
