What is your reply time?

Within 24 business hours for written requests (email and form). Faster during opening hours (Monday-Saturday 9am-7pm, Paris time) — often within 4 to 6 hours during office hours. By phone, you speak directly to an advisor (no IVR).

Do you speak languages other than French?

Yes — the whole team speaks French and English fluently. Spanish and Italian possible depending on advisor availability. Requests in German, Arabic or Mandarin are handled by email with a slightly longer reply time (routing to the right contact).

What to do in an emergency during my stay?

The 24/7 emergency number is communicated to you in your booking confirmation. It puts you through to an on-call advisor for critical issues (major hotel problem, safety issue). For non-urgent questions during the stay, write to your dedicated concierge — you have their name and direct email.

Are you a travel agency or an online platform?

A travel agency. MyConciergeHotel SAS is IATA-registered, APST member with financial guarantee, and subject to the French Tourism Code. Our business is regulated — unlike an online platform which only does intermediation. Your payments are protected by the APST guarantee in case of agency failure.

How do I exercise my GDPR rights (access, rectification, deletion)?

Write to dpo@myconciergehotel.com specifying your request (data access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection). We reply within 30 days per GDPR. For complete account deletion, access is also available from /compte ("Privacy" section).

Do you accept spontaneous applications from hotels wishing to join your catalogue?

No — our editorial catalogue is built on internal proposal (see /le-concierge/editorial-method). Hoteliers seeking a MICE / groups / events partnership should go via /le-concierge/pour-les-hoteliers. Press requests go to /le-concierge/presse-et-partenaires.
