Are you a travel agency?
Yes, MyConciergeHotel is an IATA-accredited travel agency, guaranteed by APST. Every payment is protected by the professional financial guarantee.
What is your geographical scope?
V1 covers Palaces and 5★ hotels in France. We are progressively extending to Italy, Switzerland, Morocco, the UAE and several Asian destinations.
How much does your service cost?
Nothing for the end customer. We earn a commission from the partner hotel, identical to the one paid to Booking or Expedia. The price you see is the GDS net rate — no mark-up.
How do I cancel a booking?
Depending on the cancellation policy of the chosen hotel. Most rates are 'flexible' (free cancellation up to 48 or 72 h). Full details in your booking confirmation.
What is the Concierge's Tip?
A box at the bottom of every hotel page, written by our team: 60-90 words sharing an operational secret (signature room, hidden table, optimal access timing). It is our main differentiator.
