For hoteliers

Become a MyConciergeHotel partner hotel

MyConciergeHotel is an editorial distribution channel for Palaces and 5-star hotels. We select by invitation, on audit, and sign every page. Here are the benefits for selected hoteliers and the application process.

How do hoteliers join the MyConciergeHotel editorial catalogue?

MyConciergeHotel selects by invitation on 8 cross-referenced criteria (Atout France, Michelin Keys, Forbes, internal audit, editorial signature — see /le-concierge/editorial-method). French Palace and 5★ hoteliers can however write to us to signal their Amadeus GDS availability and appetite for partnership. Our partnerships cell replies within 5 business days. No entry fee — IATA agency, standard booking commissions. Last updated May 2026.

5 benefits for partner hotels

IATA agency distribution

Access to the MyConciergeHotel channel for premium French and international clientele. Net Amadeus GDS rates identical to your public rate — no commission added to the traveller's invoice (standard agency commission deducted from the hotel share, IATA-compliant).

Signed editorial page

Field audit by a MyConciergeHotel advisor, page written by our team (600-1,000 words), Concierge's Tip (50-110 words of operational secret), high-definition photos. No copy-paste of your commercial sheet or an aggregator.

Qualified premium audience

Post-CSP+ audience, average basket 2-5× higher than general aggregators. Traffic sources: brand SERP + AI Overviews (our catalogue is GEO-optimised — Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, Claude citations), editorial ranking network, monthly newsletter, media partnerships.

Buyer-side concierge in French and English

Every booking goes through our concierge desk (phone + email). We manage changes, special requests (room, view, occasion), pre-stay questions. You receive a ready-to-go booking, no rebound, with consolidated traveller profile.

Shared loyalty programme

MyConciergeHotel travellers earn your chain loyalty points (Marriott Bonvoy, Four Seasons Preferred, Accor ALL…) AND MyConciergeHotel perks (breakfast, late check-out, hotel credit — Essential tier). No cannibalisation — our programme stacks, doesn't replace.

Hoteliers — frequently asked questions

What does it cost to join the catalogue?

No entry fee. Our revenue comes from standard IATA commissions on effective bookings (12-15% per GDS and rate). No subscription, no paid option.

How long between application and first booking?

If accepted: 5 days for pre-evaluation, 30 days to schedule the audit, 7 days for debrief, 4-6 weeks for writing and publishing the page. First effective booking typically within 60-90 days of initial agreement.

What happens if we are not selected?

We transparently explain why (missing criteria, catalogue context, unfavourable audit signal). You remain eligible for a new application at 12 months — useful if you obtain a new distinction (Atout France, Michelin) or strengthen operations.

Can we ask for catalogue withdrawal?

Yes at any time. 90-day notice for in-flight bookings (traveller respect). Withdrawal is free — we editorialise an archive page if you wish ("previously listed hotel").

Can we influence what is written on our page?

You review the page before publication and flag factual errors (figures, dates, equipment). You can't request a tone change, score change or Concierge's Tip change — these elements remain editorial. That's what makes our credibility.

Are you compatible with our existing channel manager?

Yes — all distribution goes through Amadeus GDS standard (A, B, C codes per your hotel setup). If you're on Synxis, SiteMinder, D-EDGE, TravelClick, Little Hotelier, connectivity is immediate — your channel manager pushes inventory to Amadeus, we pick it up.
