Terms of sale

Scope

These Terms of Sale govern bookings made by any customer ("the Customer") via myconciergehotel.com with MyConciergeHotel ("the Agency"). Any booking implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Booking process

A booking is concluded upon the written confirmation sent by the Agency (confirmation email bearing the reference CT-…). Before this confirmation, the displayed offer is indicative and may vary until the rate is locked.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in euros, taxes included (TTC). Payment is processed via the secure Amadeus Payments solution (PCI DSS, 3-D Secure). The Agency does not have access to the Customer's card data.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation and modification conditions are those displayed at booking time and specific to each offer. Article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code explicitly excludes accommodation services from the right of withdrawal. Cancellation requests must be sent by email to reservations@myconciergehotel.com.

Liability

The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Customer and the hotel. Its liability cannot be engaged for breaches attributable to the hotel, force majeure or the Customer's own act. Professional civil liability is covered by HISCOX Europe Underwriting Ltd.

Loyalty programme

Loyalty programme benefits (Free, Premium) are described on the site and apply subject to the property's eligibility. Benefits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement and after recourse to a consumer mediator, any dispute will fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
