On choisit l’Hotel Okura Tokyo pour une raison simple : il sait tenir ensemble l’échelle et la retenue. Ouvert en 1962, ce Palace classé par Atout France aligne 508 clés sans perdre sa discipline de service. La brochure JNTO isole 368 chambres dans The Okura Prestige Tower. Ce chiffre compte, car il dit la taille réelle du pôle principal. Ensuite, tout se joue dans la précision d’usage. Check-in de 15:00 à 23:59. Check-out jusqu’à 12 pm. Room service 24 h/24. Parking, voiturier, navette aéroport payante, rien ne manque pour un séjour réglé sans friction. Côté tables, l’adresse couvre large, mais sans dispersion. Yamazato tient la ligne japonaise, Sazanka travaille le teppanyaki au dernier étage, et Nouvelle Epoque pose le contrepoint français.
