Ici, on vient surtout pour une adresse qui sait tenir sa ligne. Au 33 Rue Jean Goujon, La Maison Villeroy joue la discrétion du Triangle d’Or sans se perdre dans les effets. Le point fort, je vous le donne tout de suite, est simple : la table et le bar ont plus de caractère que bien des hôtels mieux exposés. Trente-Trois porte 1 étoile Michelin, sous la main de Sébastien Sanjou, et cela change le rythme d’un séjour. On dîne sur place sérieusement, puis on descend prendre un whisky japonais au Bar Jean Goujon. Là, les moulures dorées à la feuille d’or rappellent la demeure d’origine, sans décor plaqué. À pied, vous êtes aussi à 402 mètres du Musée Yves Saint Laurent Paris. Ce voisinage compte, parce qu’il dit exactement le quartier : couture, collection, conversation feutrée. La Maison Villeroy n’est pas un palace de passage ; c’est une maison pour clients qui veulent Paris net, précis, et bien tenu.
