L’hôtel a ouvert en 2003, et cela compte encore : son ancrage dans Shinagawa East One Tower lui donne une lecture très urbaine, presque ferroviaire, de Tokyo. On y vient quand chaque minute compte, sans renoncer aux codes d’un Palace 5 étoiles selon Atout France. Le détail utile, c’est ailleurs. Le room service tourne 24h/24. Le check-in commence à 3:00 PM. Le check-out file jusqu’à 12:00 PM. Dans une ville qui use vite les horaires, cette amplitude change franchement le séjour. Côté table, retenez surtout Melodia Italian Grill. Le Guide Michelin y signale un afternoon tea mêlant bouchées sucrées et salées, dans un espace pensé autour de l’idée de mélodie.
