Ici, on ne choisit pas Prague pour cocher une adresse de plus. On la prend à revers, avec 19 clés seulement et une table qui structure le séjour. Le Golden Well Hotel joue serré : 17 chambres, 2 suites, et un rythme presque domestique. C’est ce format réduit qui change tout, bien plus que le classement Palace. Je vous le dis franchement : réservez surtout pour Terasa U Zlate Studne. Ses 3 terrasses, dont 2 chauffées et 1 intérieure, donnent un vrai avantage logistique quand la lumière tourne sur la ville. Le 4e étage compte aussi. Depuis août 2013, il abrite un bar avec terrasse extérieure, utile pour finir la soirée sans reprendre Prague à pied. En journée, le Bohemia Lounge au 1er étage reste ouvert 24 heures sur 24 aux seuls clients. C’est rare, et pratique. Le nom même de l’hôtel, U Zlate Studne, rappelle la tradition des maisons praguoises nommées avant la numérotation moderne. Ce détail compte ici. On est moins dans l’apparat que dans une mécanique bien tenue : peu de chambres, des circulations simples, et plusieurs postes d’observation sur la ville sans quitter l’hôtel.
