Ici, tout commence par l'espace, ce qui reste rare à Hong Kong. The Upper House a ouvert en 2009 avec 117 chambres seulement. Surtout, aucune ne descend sous 68 m². Ce n'est pas un détail de brochure. C'est ce qui change l'arrivée après un vol long-courrier, puis la façon de vivre la chambre. Vous n'entrez pas dans une boîte urbaine bien dessinée. Vous prenez possession d'un volume calme, pensé pour durer plus qu'une nuit. À table, le repère simple, c'est Salisterra, installé au dernier étage. Le Guide Michelin lui attribue 1 étoile, et Ricardo Chaneton y apparaît comme consultant culinaire en 2025. Si vous voulez comprendre l'adresse vite, commencez là.
