Ici, on ne choisit pas seulement un hôtel à Tokyo. On choisit un rythme, calé sur les départs, les retours et la mécanique précise de Tokyo Station. C’est ce qui rend cette adresse à part. Vous dormez dans une maison de 150 clés, dont 1 seule suite, avec un room service disponible 24 h/24. Peu d’adresses aussi centrales gardent cette discipline sans tomber dans l’anonymat. Le bon repère, ce sont aussi les proportions. Les chambres commencent à 22 m² et montent jusqu’à 173 m², ce qui change réellement la manière d’occuper l’espace en ville. Côté table, retenez surtout ブラン ルージュ et le nom du chef 石原雅弘. Sa lecture française de produits japonais donne un ton plus net que démonstratif. Pour le reste, il faut accepter une part de dossier encore ouvert. L’histoire détaillée manque, l’architecture aussi, même si la référence à Tokyo Station suffit déjà à situer le décor culturel. En pratique, la maison fonctionne avec des horaires francs : arrivée à 15 h, départ à 12 h. À Tokyo, cette clarté vaut souvent plus qu’un long discours.
