Ici, ce qui compte n’est pas le décorum, mais la rareté mesurable. À cette adresse du 16e, vous entrez dans un Palace de 50 clés seulement. Le format change tout. Avec 22 chambres et 26 suites annoncées, le service reste lisible, presque domestique. On le sent vite dans les détails utiles. Le room service tourne 24 h/24, le parking évite les contorsions du quartier, et le check-in commence à 15 h. Si vous voyagez avec un animal, l’équipe l’accepte sur demande pour 50 EUR par nuit. Je retiens surtout le Guerlain Spa. Ses 400 m² sur 2 niveaux donnent une vraie marge de respiration à Paris, sans sortir de l'hôtel. Deux cabines, une piscine, un hammam, un sauna, un espace fitness : c’est précis, donc exploitable. Autour, le quartier joue une partition discrète. Le Musée d’Ennery est à 174 mètres, Studio Harcourt Paris à 449. Ce n’est pas un décor plaqué, c’est un périmètre qui se parcourt bien entre deux rendez-vous.
