On vient ici pour une chose rare à Paris : dormir à Montmartre sans subir Montmartre. Au 23 avenue Junot, l’Hôtel Particulier Montmartre garde la colline à distance utile. Vous restez dans le quartier, mais hors du flux. C’est ce décalage qui compte, bien plus que l’étiquette Palace d’Atout France. Le dossier confirme 5 étoiles et une adresse précise, puis laisse surtout parler le voisinage immédiat. À 4 mètres, Le Très Particulier pose le ton avec son damier et ses fauteuils en velours rouge. Le Guide Michelin y voit des accents de David Lynch ; la référence n’est pas volée. À 227 mètres, Edmond ouvre la vue. À 352 mètres, le Lapin Agile rappelle que Montmartre n’a pas fini de chanter. À 398 mètres, le cimetière de Montmartre change le rythme. C’est un hôtel pour ceux qui connaissent Paris et veulent reprendre la main sur leur tempo.
