Ici, vous ne venez pas pour cocher un palace de plus. Vous venez pour une adresse récente, ouverte en 2012, qui a su imposer son rythme à Gstaad. The Alpina joue une partition rare dans la station : seulement 56 clés, donc une sensation de calme qui tient autant à la taille qu’au service. C’est ce format qui change tout, surtout quand tant d’hôtels alpins misent d’abord sur le volume. Si vous aimez comprendre une maison avant d’y séjourner, retenez ce point. La Panorama Residence pousse cette logique très loin avec 400 m² sur les étages supérieurs. Pour le reste, l’hôtel tient sa ligne sans dispersion. Martin Göschel signe l’une des tables les mieux repérées sur place, tandis que MEGU ancre une proposition japonaise sérieuse. Le Six Senses Spa ajoute une Salt Room et des cabines dédiées au sound healing, ce qui reste peu courant en montagne.
