Programme identity

Le Concierge Club is the loyalty programme of MyConciergeHotel.com, an IATA agency specialising in French Palaces and 5★ hotels. Two tiers: Le Concierge Club (free, no credit card, no commitment) and Le Concierge Club Prestige (€99/year, 30-day trial, Phase 6 rollout). Phase 1 launch: May 2026.

Philosophy

No editorial gating: all content stays public and indexable. The member pays for an operational experience (attentions, upgrades, late check-out, WhatsApp Concierge) and, from Phase 6, a negotiated rate below the public price.

Catalogue (May 2026)

1,367 hotels in the catalogue, 443 published pages. 471 Relais & Châteaux hotels scaffolded awaiting publication. 216 editorial rankings, 86 destination guides, 20 luxury itineraries (France + international).

Compliance

Programme compliant with French DGCCRF and EU Digital Services Act requirements. No fabricated urgency indicators (CDC §2.8). Editorial Concierge voice (ADR-0011): sentences ≤ 25 words, sourced vocabulary, no generic superlatives.

  • Who can join Le Concierge Club?

    Any traveller of legal age with a MyConciergeHotel.com account. Membership is free, immediate, and requires no credit card. One-click unsubscribe from the dashboard.

  • How do you differ from hotel programmes (Marriott Bonvoy, Accor ALL)?

    Le Concierge Club is not tied to a chain. It stacks with the brand-specific programmes — you do not lose points by booking via us. Our value is editorial (named curation), operational (direct negotiations with Little partner hotels) and tariff-based (Phase 6).

  • Is the member rate real?

    In Phase 1, the member price equals the public price — we announce it but do not differentiate it until our booking infrastructure is live (Phase 6). Full transparency: we do not hide the public price and we do not show a fictional differential.

  • What is the publisher's legal status?

    MyConciergeHotel.com is published by TravelBA SAS, IATA / APST agency, Hiscox professional liability insurance. Full legal identity on /en/legal-notice.
