Booking via your concierge

MyConciergeHotel offers two booking modes: direct by card (instant, hotels connected to Amadeus GDS) or via concierge (by email within 24h, confidential hotels). Here is how it works, step by step.

How do I book a Palace or 5-star hotel via MyConciergeHotel?

Five steps: 1) find an address or browse an editorial ranking; 2) pick your dates and guests in the Amadeus booking engine; 3) select a rate (room only / breakfast / flexible / non-refundable); 4) confirm online by secure PCI-DSS card with 3D-Secure; 5) receive the confirmation by email (instant in Amadeus mode, within 24h in concierge mode). No agency markup — net GDS rate identical to the hotel's public rate. Last updated May 2026.

    1. Pick an address

    Browse the catalogue by destination (Paris, French Riviera, Alps), by brand (Cheval Blanc, Airelles…), by editorial ranking (Best Palaces of France) or by inspiration (honeymoon, spa, gastronomy). Every page ends with a Concierge's Tip — operational secret for a successful stay.

    2. Pick your dates and guests

    The booking engine on each page queries Amadeus inventory in real time: availability, rate, cancellation terms. You fill check-in, check-out, adults, children. Signature rooms (Eiffel Tower Suite, Le Ritz room 432…) are highlighted when available.

    3. Select a rate

    Three rate families: room only (most flexible), breakfast included, half-board. Explicit cancellation policy per rate (flexible 24-48h / non-refundable early-bird). Our concierge team can negotiate rates with free cancellation up to the eve even when the public offer doesn't allow it.

    4. Confirm payment

    Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via the secure Amadeus Payments iframe — PCI-DSS level 1 compliant, 3D-Secure 2 mandatory. Your card details never transit through our servers. For payments > €5,000, bank transfer available on concierge request.

    5. Receive confirmation

    Instant email confirmation in Amadeus mode (with PNR, voucher, terms). In concierge mode (confidential hotels not connected to the GDS), your dedicated concierge replies within 24 business hours with a personalised proposal and a secure payment link.

Booking — frequently asked questions

How long does it take to confirm my booking?

In Amadeus mode (direct), confirmation is instant — you receive the email with PNR and voucher within seconds of payment. In concierge mode (hotels outside the GDS), your concierge replies within 24 business hours, usually within 4-6h during office hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via the secure Amadeus Payments iframe — PCI-DSS level 1, 3D-Secure 2 mandatory. For payments above €5,000, bank transfer or instalment payment on request. No payment by cheque or cash.

Are your rates more expensive than booking direct?

No. We access Amadeus GDS net rates, identical to the hotel's public published rate. No commission added. Our non-affiliated comparator on every page transparently shows Booking, Hotels.com, Expedia rates — you see the delta directly.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

According to the cancellation policy of the chosen rate (explicit at booking). Flexible rates: free cancellation up to 24-48h before arrival. Early-bird rates: non-refundable. Changes handled via your MyConciergeHotel account or by your dedicated concierge.

Are early check-in / late check-out possible?

On request at booking or via your dedicated concierge. Our loyalty programme offers late check-out at 2pm on Little Hotelier hotels (Essential tier). For Prestige tier, late check-out at 4pm confirmed. Early check-in remains subject to room availability.

Are my chain loyalty points (Marriott Bonvoy, Four Seasons Preferred…) credited?

Yes. Your chain loyalty number can be attached to the booking at checkout ("loyalty programme number" field). Points are credited by the hotel after the stay according to the programme's terms — often reduced compared to a direct booking on the chain's website, this is standard for all agencies.
