From your first night, MyConciergeHotel offers perks that stack on top of chain programmes. Two tiers: Essential (free, automatic on the Little Hotelier catalogue) and Prestige (subscription, enhanced perks across the full Palace and 5★ catalogue).

What perks does the MyConciergeHotel loyalty programme offer?

Two tiers: Essential (free, automatic from night one on Little Hotelier catalogue hotels) — breakfast for two, late check-out at 2pm, hotel credit per partner. Prestige (subscription) — room upgrade when available, airport transfer, guaranteed breakfast, confirmed late check-out at 4pm. Perks stack on top of chain programmes (Four Seasons Preferred, Marriott Bonvoy…). Last updated May 2026.

Two tiers, two promises

Automatic, free

Essential

From your first booking on a Little Hotelier catalogue hotel — no card, no minimum, no nights threshold.

  • Breakfast for two

    Subject to availability and the partner hotel's policy. Confirmed at booking by your concierge if the hotel offers it as a loyalty perk.

  • Late check-out at 2pm

    Subject to availability (next room occupation). Requested at booking then confirmed the day before departure by the hotel.

  • Hotel credit

    Variable amount per partner hotel (€15-30/stay standard). Usable at the bar, restaurant or spa. Non-refundable, non-transferable.

Subscription

Prestige

Enhanced perks across the full catalogue (not just Little Hotelier). Rate and subscription terms to be published at programme launch.

  • Room upgrade

    When available at arrival. Confirmed on-site based on occupancy. No need to ask — the hotel applies automatically for Prestige members.

  • Airport transfer

    One-way or return from the nearest airport, within 50 km. Beyond, kilometre supplement at cost.

  • Breakfast for two (guaranteed)

    Independent of the hotel's policy — the surcharge is covered by your concierge if the hotel doesn't offer it natively.

  • Late check-out at 4pm (confirmed)

    Confirmed at booking. If the hotel can't honour it, your concierge negotiates a compensation (extra night at preferential rate, upgrade).

Stacking with chain programmes

Our programme adds to the hotel's — it never replaces it. You earn your chain points AND our perks.

  • Attach your chain loyalty number (Four Seasons Preferred, Marriott Bonvoy for Ritz-Carlton, Accor ALL for Sofitel/Raffles, IHG One Rewards) at checkout.
  • Chain points are credited by the hotel after the stay per the programme's terms — often reduced compared to a direct booking on the chain's website, this is standard for all IATA agencies.
  • Our MyConciergeHotel perks are independent — breakfast, late check-out, hotel credit are confirmed on top of the chain's loyalty benefits.
  • For chains very selective about point attribution to agencies (notably Hyatt World of Hyatt), our concierge desk prioritises transparency: we indicate at booking whether points are credited or not.

Who is eligible?

Essential
Anyone with a MyConciergeHotel client account booking a Little Hotelier catalogue hotel. No age threshold, no geographic restriction, free for life.
Prestige
Annual subscription. Sign-up terms, rate and detailed perks to be published at programme launch. Essential tier remains active if you stop Prestige.

How do I activate my Essential tier?

No manual activation needed — create your account on /compte/inscription and Essential tier is automatic. At your first booking on a Little Hotelier hotel, perks are confirmed by email by your concierge.

Which hotels are in the Little Hotelier catalogue?

Around 100 5★ and Palace properties in France and abroad, connected to our Little Hotelier channel. Each hotel page shows an "Essential tier" badge if the property is eligible. The list evolves quarterly — see the brand index on /marques for details.

When will the Prestige tier be available?

The Prestige tier is in preparation (ADR-0005). Exact terms — annual rate, sign-up flow, perks scope — will be published at launch. Sign up to our newsletter on /le-concierge to be notified first.

Are perks guaranteed or "subject to availability"?

Essential tier: breakfast and late check-out are subject to the partner hotel's policy and availability (next room occupancy). Prestige tier: breakfast and late check-out at 4pm are contractually guaranteed — if the hotel can't honour, your concierge negotiates a compensation.

Can I stack with my Marriott Bonvoy or Four Seasons Preferred points?

Yes — attach your chain loyalty number at booking. Points are credited by the hotel after the stay. Our MyConciergeHotel perks (breakfast, late check-out, credit) are independent and stack.

What happens if I modify or cancel my booking?

Perk eligibility follows the booking. If you cancel free of charge (flexible rate before cancellation deadline), perks obviously don't apply. If you change dates (new night), perks carry over. In case of late cancellation with fees, perks are not refunded.

Is my unused hotel credit refunded?

No — the hotel credit (Essential tier) is usable on-site during your stay, at the bar, restaurant or spa. Unused, it is neither carried over nor refunded. The hotel front desk and our concierge work to make you aware of it on arrival.
