1,0sxnlight2k« Do not come to this hotel ever if you don’t want to experience complete ignorance, terrible service and lack of support from the staff. Receptionist named Joy was very unprofessional and mean. We came in the hotel at 10 am after a long flight and we haven’t slept for the entire day. We had a lot of small kids but we knew that the check in time is 3 pm and we were okay with that, but when she said that that they will give us the room later than 3pm because some of their “important” guest have a a special credit card ability that allows him to move out of the room at 4pm, i was completely shocked. I am the same guest as others and i have a right to move into my room at the assigned time and I do not care if someone has a cool credit card that allows him to move out later. I have booked three rooms for my family and after hearing that they are not able to offer three rooms at the same time i have asked them to give me at least one room for my little siblings and my parents to rest, while we wait for the other two. But instead they have been telling me that they are cleaning them and they can’t give us anything at the moment. They were telling me that they will finish cleaning “soon” for 1.5 hours even when it was already 3pm. Only when i started arguing, the manager came to help me and suddenly they were able to gave us all three rooms. At that moment I understood that we are not welcomed guest in this hotel because at 3:05 they weren’t able to give us our rooms but when i started arguing at 3:07 they suddenly gave us three rooms. I don’t know if it’s the receptionist Joy who did not want to cooperate and help her guests but it is clear they had rooms that were ready to move in but they just did not want to give them to us. Overall i had a high expectations of staying in the 5 star hotel by Hilton but in reality it was the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had in my life. If you are looking for welcoming and kind service this hotel is the last one in the world to live in. As a proof of my stay i will leave photos from my room. »
