Had some of the worst sleep ever at this hotel. The mattress in my room is over a decade old, and the pillows are 100% cheap polyester that sink into nothingness. Avoid if you value your sleep.

This hotel is a destination by itself. Staying in Shangri-La in Shangri-La! Highly recommended with great staffs, great service and great food. The rooms are also fantastic. The only issue is that the altitude is high…
